As a trained barista fresh out of school and the child of a restauranteur and chef, hospitality was in my blood long before I realised it. When I started my own businesses, I honed my ability to see and feel what a community needs, launching the perfect offerings tailored to their unique locations.

My first business, a double fronted shop space with a cafe & food store side by side and a well loved takeaway coffee window.

Started a catering arm to the business as well as supplying wholesale cakes to cafes across Melbourne.

ACE Mylkbar the brand was born as a fun, free treat brand without the nasty sh!t that goes into food these days. Organic, Vegan & Refined Sugar Free. Nut mylks, Raw Cookies, Ice Cream Sandwiches & Sundaes, Cookie Sandwiches.

Opened this 40 seat cafe around the corner from my home at the time, serving coffee, cakes & a concisely curated menu to the locals.

Fred Gets, a vegetarian wholefoods concept offering a side of fun with your feed. Fred Gets Drunk, Fred Gets Fed etc. Ahead of its time, before the launch of popular salad bar chains in Melbourne.

Opened The Abbotsford Club in collaboration with Coffee Supreme Roasters at the front of their Roastery. Offering specialty coffee, beans & coffee equipment alongside a small menu selection to the locals.
